Seriously need a Dietitian to help me lose weight. Mind is maded up...

Dr. Saurette and her team have always given me the best care. Dr. Saurette listens to me and works to find the root cause of my symptoms and keeps me up to date on bloodwork and testing appropriate for my age and health concerns. Her staff are efficient and when I call or communicate through patient portal they respond in a timely matter.

The NP took her time finding out exactly what my problem was. She and Dr. Saurette discussed my symptoms and told me what she thought was my problem based on the X-ray taken of my abdomen.

Slade is the first doctor I have had who not only takes the time to truly listen to what is going on but also genuinely cares. Too often these days doctors seem to be simply motivated by getting patients in & out quickly. Slade makes sure to take the time to thoroughly obtain an understanding of what is going on. My 45 minute wait time before seeing the doctor was much too long. I really like Dr. Buzbee.

Dr. Branch is very easy to talk to and is knowable about my needs.

Dr Simpson is always so careing and understanding in what I am going through. She is by far the best doctor I’ve had in all my 65 years here on earth.

Dr’s and practitioners are well-trained, have great experience in their fields, and LISTEN to you as they look you straight in the eye as you are talking (and as they are talking to you.) They are extremely professional, yet have an air of “family” as they build relationships with their patients. They suggest things, ask your opinion about treatment (as is fitting for the situation,) and they allow you to have full participation in your medical plan. They work hard to ask you things that don’t pertain to health and take an interest in your life, not just your medical condition. I can’t recommend TIMA, Chris and Dr. Buzbee highly enough. LA All the techs in x-ray, breast exams, bone density scans and the phlebotomists are exceptional.

I have been a patient of Dr Saurette for many years. I've never had anyone treat me as well as she and her staff do. She is kind, considerate, caring, compassionate beyond any doctor I've ever had. It is worth the 2 hour drive to be her patient.

Would give a 5 except for your not upgraded Mamography with the curved paddles. 28 lbs of pressure on breasts with flat paddles not a pleasant experience. Dr Buzbee agreed he would not like 28 lbs of pressure on his privates either. Plano mammography uses curved paddles much more comfortable experience.

I have been a patient of Chris Williams for close to 20 years now. I have moved from Lindale to Longview so I drive into Tyler for my appointments. I have faith in him and trust him to take good care of me. He has kept me healthy and I will be turning 70 next month. He also has an amazing memory.
