Meet Blaise Davis, NP

Blaise Davis, NP, is one of the nurse practitioners at Tyler Internal Medicine Associates P.A., which has two locations in Tyler and Lindale, Texas. He provides remarkable care to individuals living in and around Smith County.

Blaise completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and his Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington. He holds a national certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurse Credentialing Center. He served in the United States Army as a medic and a nurse, both on active duty and in the reserves. 

Most of his experience was acquired in the ER/urgent care, mental health, or first responder fields. He prides himself on helping each patient achieve their own unique goals and best self. He is compassionate, easygoing, and loves to have fun. 

During time away from work, Blaise enjoys spending his time with his wife and two sons, with friends, being active, and being under the hood of a car.
