Meet Melisia Martin, NP

After graduating from the University of Texas at Tyler in 1997, Melisia began her nursing career as an Emergency Room Nurse. Then she completed the Nurse Practitioner MSN Program at Texas Tech in 2004. Before working at TIMA for the last 7 years, Melisia worked in Urgent Care and Rural & Federally Qualified Health Clinics. Melisia brings empathy and an easy going communication style making it easy for her to talk to patients and family members. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 teenagers. She also enjoys riding ATVs, vacationing, gardening, and watching movies.
