Meet Ramiro Villena, M.D.

Ramiro Villena, MD, is one of the internal medicine physicians at Tyler Internal Medicine Associates P.A., which has two locations in Tyler and Lindale, Texas. He provides exceptional care to individuals living in and around Smith County.

Dr. Villena is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and received his medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1998. He completed his residency at the Brooklyn Hospital Medical Center, affiliated with the Weill Medical College of Cornell University. 

Dr. Villena is fluent in both English and Spanish. He is passionate about providing the highest quality of care to all his patients in the community.

Before becoming a physician, Dr. Villena pitched for the National Argentine baseball team. He is a devoted father who enjoys outdoor activities and traveling with his two children.
