Meet Slade Braswell, NP

Slade Braswell is nationally certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners board and received his Master of Science in Nursing from Angelo State University. He served in the United States Navy as a medic where he started his medical career. Slade has experience in ICU, ER, and Family practice. He is married with two kids, a daughter at Stephen F. Austin University, and a son who just entered kindergarten. In his spare time, he enjoys going to the gym, spending time with his children, friends and family. He recently relocated from Leander, Tx to the Tyler area to be closer to family.
